Torquay Library is a welcoming community library situated just around the corner from Torquay Town Hall. There is a lot going on for all generations, including regular Music Rhythm and Rhyme sessions and holiday craft activities.
There is free Wi-Fi as well as PCs for public use. You can also book time with IT volunteers if you require assistance. As well as space for study, there is plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing.
